General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations and profitability of Le Burger 4304. They ensure guests enjoy experiences, drive positive financial results, own facilities maintenance, cultivate a positive culture for team members, handle bar inventory and ordering, create SOPs for FOH and support the development and leadership of the management team.
Responsibilities Include:
Own Your Shifts:
Take full responsibility for everything that happens during prep and service.
Do everything necessary and within your power to ensure daily operations are executed flawlessly and guests’ expectations are consistently exceeded.
Work the Floor
Be present and engaged during prep & service.
Consistently move throughout restaurant to understand where support is most needed and readily offer service to employees and/or guests.
Lead by Example
Work alongside the team to showcase Le Burger 4304 Values in every interaction.
Be the example of what you expect.
Guarantee a Thriving Culture Where Le Burger Values are Evident in the Day-to-Day Operations
Build a cohesive team based on shared values and develop leaders in the FOH.
Establish a culture of accountability in which people feel responsible to their team and goals are regularly accomplished.
Lead regular manager meetings, 1-1 conversations, and the annual review process
Develop & Continuously Improve FOH Standard Operating Procedures
Own the development of policies and procedures for an efficient and effective workflow in all FOH Departments
Continuously spot opportunities to improve systems while collaborating with your team to implement said improvements.
Own Guest Relations, Recovery, Communication, and Sales so that all Guests Feel Cared For and Welcome
Ensure all inquiries from email and phone calls are responded to within 24 hours.
Instill positive habits of service and a guest first mentality to guarantee an exceptional hospitality experience.
Drive the Team to Exceed Sales, COGS, Labor Spend, and Controllable Expense Goals
Collaborate with your team to set appropriate scorecard metrics that drive financial solvency.
Set the example when managing daily operational costs and instill good habits for purchasing, scheduling, waste mitigation, and labor management.
Own Building Maintenance
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are handled in a timely manner.
Keep track of all equipment warranties, regular maintenance needs and preferred companies to work with.
Qualifications:
Fast casual experience is a plus
Prior leadership and/or training experience in the food & beverage industry
Strong leadership with consistent communication and expectations
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Have and promote an always be learning attitude
Find joy in working and connecting with team and guests
